2. Scope
These Terms of Service apply to all services offered under gorec.io, including DatasheetAI and any future products. By using our services you agree to these terms.
3. Services
Gorec provides AI-powered software tools including web applications and desktop applications. The services are provided "as is". AI-generated results are for informational purposes only and must be verified before use in production environments.
4. Prices and Payment
Prices are displayed in EUR including applicable taxes. Payment is processed via Stripe. Free tier usage is subject to rate limits. Paid plans are activated immediately after successful payment.
5. Right of Withdrawal (Widerrufsrecht)
In accordance with EU consumer law, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days without giving any reason. However, by starting to use a digital service immediately after purchase, you expressly agree that the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of the service. This is standard practice for digital services under § 18 FAGG (Austria).
6. Liability
AI-generated analysis results are not guaranteed to be complete, accurate or error-free. Always verify critical specifications against original datasheets before use in production designs. Gorec accepts no liability for damages resulting from the use of analysis results. Liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.
7. Intellectual Property
All content, trademarks and software remain the property of Eriskhan Abdulkhamidov (Gorec). Users may not copy, modify or redistribute any part of the service without written permission.
8. Data Protection
We process personal data in accordance with our Privacy Policy and in compliance with GDPR (DSGVO).
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by Austrian law. Place of jurisdiction is Vienna, Austria.
10. Changes
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Users will be notified of significant changes via email.
